CUB3 helps its clients regain control of their digital products, code and infrastructure. We provide consulting, audit, development, architecture, infrastructure, maintenance and support services in accordance with our commitments.

Our priority in critical contexts

In critical contexts, our priority is to reduce risks, clarify trade-offs, stabilise the technical foundations and make projects manageable.

CUB3 management is committed to

  • understanding and complying with applicable client, contractual, legal and regulatory requirements;
  • scoping assignments before commitment and clearly defining delivery criteria;
  • delivering services with a competent and committed senior team;
  • reviewing deliverables before they are submitted or assignments are closed;
  • handling complaints, nonconformities and corrective actions rigorously;
  • monitoring critical suppliers that may affect service quality;
  • measuring client satisfaction and using feedback to improve our practices;
  • maintaining a quality management system that is simple, useful and suited to CUB3’s size;
  • continually improving our processes, documentation and standards.

Communication and review

This policy is communicated to employees and made available to interested parties. It is reviewed at least during the management review and whenever there is a major change in strategy, scope or organisation.
