Recovery & reliability

Maintain and develop your website or application

After launch, your product needs support suited to its use. CUB3 offers three maintenance plans: diagnosis and minor fixes, fixes and technical updates, or maintenance and small improvements. We define the scope and priorities with you before carrying out work.

Essential: €300 excluding VAT/month for 2 h. Comfort: €690 excluding VAT/month for 6 h. Growth: €1,090 excluding VAT/month for 10 h. Scope, response arrangements and hour carry-over are specified in the quote.

Three plans according to the work expected

Each plan covers one website or application per contract. Work is deducted from the monthly hour allowance. Choose based on the type of work expected: the plans define a support scope as well as a number of hours.

  • Essential — €300 excluding VAT/month, 2 h/month. Diagnosis and minor fixes for routine support.
  • Comfort — €690 excluding VAT/month, 6 h/month. Fixes and technical updates according to agreed priorities.
  • Growth — €1,090 excluding VAT/month, 10 h/month. Maintenance and small improvements estimated within the hour allowance.

A scope agreed before work begins

Essential covers diagnosis and minor fixes for routine support. Comfort covers fixes and technical updates according to agreed priorities. Growth adds small improvements, described and estimated within the available hour allowance.

Each request is reviewed to check whether it fits the plan and available time. Work is estimated before intervention; a maintenance contract does not make new features unlimited.

Out-of-plan maintenance is offered at €90 excluding VAT per hour, by agreement. The requirement and additional budget are agreed before work begins.

Additional development outside the scope is priced separately, with a reference rate of €600 excluding VAT per eight-hour day.

Define support suited to your existing product

We specify the website or application, useful access and expected types of requests. If the product’s condition is unclear, a technical audit can identify priorities before support is agreed.

Scope, response arrangements and hour carry-over are specified in the quote. Hosting, licences, redesigns and emergency work are priced separately. Third-party usage charges also remain separate.

When to choose another form of support

To recover an architecture or address substantial technical debt, explore our project recovery and reliability support. If your product is still an MVP, the MVP-to-SaaS migration offer describes a scope for recovering data and selected features.

To deliver new features regularly within your team, development team reinforcement may be more suitable. We clarify the need together before choosing how to work.
