The right reinforcement at the right time

More capacity is not enough when nobody owns the outcome.

Useful reinforcement does more than process tickets. It understands the product, makes trade-offs explicit and owns the quality of what reaches production.

Our team stays deliberately compact. The people who scope the engagement are also the ones who develop, deploy and respond when the situation becomes difficult.

This model fits a deadline-driven launch, a temporary seniority gap, a blocked backlog or a transition after a key person leaves.

Engagement models

Reinforcement matched to the responsibility that is missing.

Embedded senior engineer

A senior profile joins your team, routines and codebase to own a clearly defined scope.

Delivery team

CUB3 owns a product or complete workstream, from technical scoping to production readiness.

Fractional lead or CTO

We secure architecture decisions, delivery quality and the growth of your internal team.

Continuity and transition

We recover system knowledge, handle urgent issues and prepare a durable handover.

How we work

A clear integration process without a sales tunnel.

  1. 01

    Define the responsibility

We clarify the expected outcome, required access, constraints and the person who makes decisions on the client side.

  2. 02

    Integrate the right profiles

One or more senior profiles join your routines, repository and tools without adding another management layer.

  3. 03

    Deliver and make progress visible

Decisions, progress, risks and releases remain understandable to both technical and business teams.

  4. 04

    Transfer or continue

The engagement can continue, scale down or end with explicit documentation and knowledge transfer.

« We especially appreciated their availability and responsiveness, particularly during rush periods or when unexpected issues arose. »

Frequently asked questions

What to know before adding an external team.

How quickly can an engagement start?

After a qualification call and scope validation, we confirm the real availability of the relevant profiles. We do not promise a standard start date while access or ownership is still unclear.

Do you work with an existing internal team?

Yes. We can join an existing product team, work alongside a CTO or own an autonomous scope with clearly defined interfaces.

Is this recruitment or a service engagement?

Our primary model is professional services. In some cases, an engagement may lead to an agreed internal hire, as it did at RoboDK.

Can you contribute only a few days per month?

Yes for technical leadership, architecture, production reviews or focused support. A delivery scope usually requires more continuity.
