The software company’s dilemma

Every specific request costs you a customer or a piece of your roadmap.

An important customer asks for a connector, a dedicated feature or a data migration. Saying no strains the relationship, pulling in the product team delays the roadmap, and hiring takes months.

CUB3 offers a fourth option: senior engineers take on these requests inside your tools, your repository and your rituals. Your team stays on the product every customer uses.

For No Paper Solution, an Andorran hospitality software company, a CUB3 engineer builds the connectors its customers request, on demand, while its two in-house developers move the product forward.

What we take on

The requests that pull your team away from its product.

Connectors and integrations

REST or SOAP APIs, ERPs, business software or payments: we study your customer’s system and deliver a documented connector.

Dedicated features

A module, portal or journey specific to one customer, built in your codebase and to your standards.

Data migrations

The imports, transformations and synchronisations a new customer needs to go live.

Continuity and transition

Taking over knowledge after a key developer leaves, then handing it over to your team.

How we work

Reinforcement that works like your own team.

  1. 01

    Define the responsibility

We clarify the expected outcome, required access, constraints and the person who makes decisions on the client side.

  2. 02

    Integrate the right profiles

One or more senior profiles join your routines, repository and tools without adding another management layer.

  3. 03

    Deliver and make progress visible

Decisions, progress, risks and releases remain understandable to both technical and business teams.

  4. 04

    Transfer or continue

The engagement can continue, scale down or end with explicit documentation and knowledge transfer.

« We especially appreciated their availability and responsiveness, particularly during rush periods or when unexpected issues arose. »

Frequently asked questions

Handing a customer request to an external team.

Can you work under our name with our customers?

Yes, as a white-label partner, once responsibilities, confidentiality and the relationship with your end customer are clearly defined.

How do you work in our codebase?

In your repository, with your code reviews, rituals and tracking tools. We document what we deliver so your team can take it over.

Can you take on a single integration?

Yes. An integration can be scoped at a fixed price on a defined perimeter; our API integration offer starts from €3,000 excluding VAT. A steady flow of requests is better handled through ongoing team extension.

How quickly can you start?

After a qualification call and scope validation, we confirm the real availability of the relevant profiles. We do not promise a standard start date while access or ownership is still unclear.

Is a customer request waiting in your backlog?

Tell us about the request, your team and the deadline you promised. A senior engineer will quickly tell you whether CUB3 can take it on.
