Recovery & reliability

From MVP to a production-ready application

Your MVP helped test an idea and gather initial feedback. You now want to make essential workflows reliable and prepare future developments. CUB3 helps you move from an initial product built with Lovable, Bubble, Base44, Bolt or another tool to an adaptable application.

Indicative budget: €3,600–12,000 excluding VAT for a limited scope, audit included. The budget is confirmed after the audit. A complete redesign, complex features or advanced scaling require a separate quote.

We examine what works, what can be retained and what needs migrating or rebuilding. The work covers the data and features selected together, with testing and a cutover prepared for your use cases.

An existing product, a next step

As a founder, business owner or department lead, your first application is in use, but you need to understand what to strengthen and the budget to continue. We help you choose the features to retain and the useful first actions.

As a product or technical team lead, regressions, dependencies or the initial tool’s limits are making changes difficult. We define the recovery scope, available access and acceptance criteria with your team.

What recovery includes

  • An audit of the existing product to examine the relevant features, data and dependencies.
  • Migration of the selected data, depending on available access and export capabilities.
  • Migration or rebuilding of the features defined during scoping.
  • Testing of the selected workflows and checks of migrated data.
  • Preparation and execution of the cutover under the agreed conditions.

The scope may focus on a few essential workflows: login, creating a request, viewing a record or administration, depending on your product. A new feature is not automatically included because it would be useful for the next version.

Keep what works

The choice of MVP tool alone does not justify a rewrite. We examine the accessible elements, their potential reuse and your project’s constraints. Data migration and functional rebuilding involve different kinds of work.

Supabase can be retained when it meets the requirements. A service or architecture change must address an identified constraint. The target is an application that can be verified and evolved for the agreed use cases, with an explicit recovery scope.

From diagnosis to cutover

  • Understand the product: users, difficulties, priority features, access and available data.
  • Audit and choose: identify what can be retained, define the work and confirm the budget.
  • Migrate or rebuild: implement the selected data and features, then verify the agreed workflows.
  • Prepare production deployment: specify cutover conditions, checks and any downtime.

If your application is already in use, we prepare the working arrangements with you. Necessary backups, rollback and continuity requirements are specified during scoping.

Budget and scope limitations

The indicative €3,600–12,000 excluding VAT budget covers a limited scope including the audit, data migration, migration or rebuilding of selected features, testing and cutover. It is confirmed after the audit. Completed analysis is taken into account: the recovery audit described here is not billed a second time as an additional service.

A complete redesign, complex features and advanced scaling require a quote. The starting price does not cover unlimited recovery of every feature in a product. Hosting, domains, licences and third-party usage charges remain additional.

For full staging and production infrastructure with Terraform and CI/CD, see the DevOps offer. Recurring support falls under application maintenance. Items already included in the quote are not added a second time.

Your questions about MVP recovery

Can you take over an MVP built with Lovable, Bubble, Base44 or Bolt?

We start by checking accessible elements, available exports and product dependencies. These findings determine what can be migrated, retained or rebuilt, as well as the scope and budget.

Does the whole application need rebuilding?

Not systematically. The audit identifies useful elements and required adaptations. A complete redesign requires a separate quote when the constraints justify it.

Is the audit included in the €3,600–12,000 excluding VAT?

Yes, the recovery audit is part of the described scope. It confirms the budget for the selected data and features. It is not added a second time as a separate technical audit.

What does production-ready mean?

We define that target according to your use cases: workflows to verify, data, access rights and deployment conditions. The criteria are agreed during scoping. Advanced load or availability requirements need a dedicated assessment and quote.

Can the cutover happen without downtime?

Conditions depend on the product, data and available access. Any downtime and rollback possibilities are prepared with you. A zero-downtime cutover cannot be assumed.
