Integration & automation

Connect a tool to your application through an API

Your application needs to exchange information with another tool. Before building the connection, we need to define which data moves, in which direction and with which access permissions. CUB3 scopes those exchanges and develops the API connector for the agreed need.

This service connects one tool to your application. The scope depends on the selected flows and available API. Its documentation and test access must be provided to prepare and verify the integration.

What the service includes

  • Scoping the exchanges between the application and the tool.
  • Authentication and mapping the data between the two systems.
  • Developing the API connector.
  • Testing and documenting the integration.

Scoping makes the expected exchanges explicit. The same data name can represent different formats or uses: data mapping is therefore part of the work alongside the technical connection.

Budget and prerequisites

Budgets start at €3,000 excluding VAT, depending on the flows, and are confirmed after scoping. The quote specifies the selected exchanges. Licences, bulk data migration and redesign of the tool are additional. Hosting and third-party usage charges also remain at your expense.

See our pricing guidance to place this integration within your project. If several connections or automations need coordinating, our Integration & automation service addresses that wider need.

The proposed process

We start with the required exchanges, API documentation and test access. We then define authentication and data mapping. The connector is developed within that scope, tested and documented.

Your questions

What do we need to provide to begin?

A documented API, test access and a description of the expected exchanges with your application.

Does the price cover all our tools?

The starting price covers connecting one tool, according to the agreed flows. Additional connections need an adapted scope.

Can you also migrate all our old data?

Bulk migration is priced separately. If the exchanges are part of recovering an initial product, see the MVP-to-SaaS migration offer: it defines the data and features to retain or rebuild.

If the application itself needs to be created, see the web development offer. A technical audit can help prepare integration when the existing product’s condition is unclear.
