IT team extension in Belgium

Senior expertise for systems that cannot stop.

Continuity and knowledge

On a complex system, understanding its history matters as much as coding.

Critical projects accumulate architecture choices, procedures and dependencies that documentation cannot always capture. A key departure can then weaken production and slow down the whole team.

Our role is to become operational in that context, help resolve incidents and make knowledge transferable to the people who will continue the project.

For Macq, CUB3 worked directly on TRADEMEX, a Walloon technology project for managing and using mobility data.

Relevant expertise

Strengthen delivery without losing control of the system.

Production and incidents

Failure analysis, backfills, hardware issues and focused work on critical environments.

Data and events

Kafka, MongoDB, event pipelines and systems fed by field data.

On-premise infrastructure

Ansible deployments, hypervisors, hardware constraints and environments that do not only live in the cloud.

Knowledge transfer

Team support, coordination and documentation so the product does not remain dependent on one person.

Our method

Understand before changing; transfer before leaving.

  1. 01

    Define the responsibility

We clarify the expected outcome, required access, constraints and the person who makes decisions on the client side.

  2. 02

    Integrate the right profiles

One or more senior profiles join your routines, repository and tools without adding another management layer.

  3. 03

    Deliver and make progress visible

Decisions, progress, risks and releases remain understandable to both technical and business teams.

  4. 04

    Transfer or continue

The engagement can continue, scale down or end with explicit documentation and knowledge transfer.

« We especially appreciated their availability and responsiveness, particularly during rush periods or when unexpected issues arose. »

Frequently asked questions

An Andorran team supporting a Belgian organisation.

Does CUB3 have an office in Belgium?

No. CUB3 is based in Andorra and works remotely in the same time zone, with travel where it adds value.

Can you work on an on-premise environment?

Yes. Our experience includes local infrastructure, Ansible automation, distributed databases and event pipelines.

Can you replace someone leaving a project?

We can secure the transition, recover available knowledge and support the remaining team. We do not claim to recreate undocumented knowledge instantly.

Do you only work on critical systems?

No. We also strengthen standard product roadmaps, but senior experience is especially valuable when production, data or continuity is sensitive.

Next step

Does your Belgian team need to secure a transition or critical system?

Share the technical context and responsibilities to recover. We will respond with a realistic scope.
