Platform assessment

We recovered the server code, created a Git repository and identified the few reusable pieces for migration.

Full-stack rebuild

We rebuilt the web app, registration, booking, payment, messaging and back office.

Mobile delivery

We delivered iOS and Android apps with the main functionality of the web platform.

Technical solution

The rebuild replaced code edited directly over FTP with a versioned codebase, Terraform-managed AWS infrastructure and testable booking journeys.
